"Stacey Allen's State Farm and their staff have been so helpful this year. I always have 100 questions, and sometimes it takes a few rounds of explaining before it actually clicks for me lol. They've never once sighed (at least not loud enough for me to hear), and that patience is what I appreciate most, along with their customer service and lightning-fast replies. I also love that I can do everything over email, since I'm stuck on calls all day at work and my ears are already full.

Fortunately, I've yet to file a claim, which is a good thing. But I'm confident that if I ever do, they'll be there 100% of the way, ready to answer my next 100 questions (and probably the 100 after that). Like a good neighbor, they're actually there.
