​We were recently transferred to Stacy Allen’s office after our long-time agent suddenly retired. We had been very unhappy with our previous agent, so we were naturally hoping the transition would go smoothly.

To say it has been a great experience is an understatement—we feel like we’ve found the high level of customer service that had been missing from our previous insurance experience for quite some time.

​Stacy’s staff has gone absolutely above and beyond. In particular, her assistant, Myli, completely knocked it out of the park. On a Thursday afternoon about 1 hour before closing, she stayed late to push through the coverage I needed and get me insurance cards for our new Ram truck and camper.

Most people would have packed up at 5:00 PM and left it for the next day, but Myli's dedication to finishing the job for a waiting customer is what truly sets this office apart. Because of her work ethic, we were able to pick up the truck without a hitch that evening.

​If I could rate Stacy Allen’s team an 11 on a 1-to-10 scale, I would. If you want an agency that actually cares, works hard, and delivers phenomenal customer service, this is the one. I look forward to working with them for a long time to come!
